Barbara Watt

Barbara Watt-Biggs was born and raised on a small family farm in Oregon. She spent her childhood working as a migrant worker in the fields alongside her parents. In 1984, Barbara launched Century 21 Sunbelt Realty along with four agents. By 2005, Century 21 Sunbelt had grown to include 21 offices and hundreds of Realtors. Along the way, Century 21 Sunbelt became recognized both nationally and internationally as one of the top Century 21 agencies in the world. In 2005 that Century 21 Sunbelt achieved Century 21’s top recognition by closing $2 billion in property for that year.

With all of her accomplishments and accolades in the business world, Barbara has also found time to become deeply involved in the community. Not only has she financially sponsored many local community events and causes, she has also been heavily involved in such non-profit/charities as; the American Cancer Society, American Red Cross, Hope Hospice, Lee Memorial Health System, the Humane Society, Do the Right Thing, a number of youth programs, and many more. Barbi Watt - Century 21 Sunbelt

Barbi has been groomed her whole life by her grandmother Barbara Watt to run every aspect of the business. With this knowledge and paying close attention to the chemistry among the Century 21 Sunbelt family, she has determined the best use of her skills are to be President of Century 21 Sunbelt. With this position she is poised to grow Century 21 Sunbelt Realty by managing brokers and agents that have the strong ethical standards necessary to be part of the Century 21 Sunbelt Family. Barbi knows that it is not the quantity of the agents that make the office great, it is the Quality.

Michael Shevlin

Mike Shevlin was born in Minnesota and moved to Fort Myers Beach in 1967. Mike moved to Pine Island in 1977 and has been a Realtor on Pine Island since 1981.  Mike was the owner/broker of Pine Island Realty from 1985 to 2000. He sold Pine Island Realty to Century 21 Sunbelt in 2000.  In 2001, Mike was the top Century 21 agent in the state of Florida and ranked #21 nationally out of all the Century 21 agents. In 2003, Mike began teaming with Caryln Herring, and became one of the top teams in the nation. In 2005, the team ranked #28 in the nation.

Mike is blessed with his wife, Joan, and their three children; Tim, Julie, and Becca.

Terri Lodge - Century 21 Sunbelt

Having been a REALTOR in Lee County for almost 40 years, Terri Lodge has witnessed a great deal of changes. She has focused on the real estate market and assisting her customers and clients with professional representation. With a Captain’s license the waterways of Lee County, it is very easy to answer most of your questions. Owning a small ranch in Buckingham she also knows the “horsey” crowd and what their needs are. As a Broker and Sales Manager she strives to assist her associates with her knowledge and experience. She always says: "At Century 21 Sunbelt Realty our agents, customers and clients are family!" and we could not agree more.

Quinton is an Arizona native who traded in the desert for beautiful southwest Florida. His 25 years in the  building industry gives him unique insight of home ownership, to better serve clients.

Angela Lastres-Prescott

Angela grew up in the Real Estate business and has continued rising early obtaining her Brokers license and has since built a successful career in what she loves. She has worked every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers and investors in the residential market. She uses her experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem. She and her team initiate communication in every detail of the transaction from the first phone call all the way to close.
